Partner with Wildflower Forest for wholesale small-batch herbal teas and natural perfumes. Houston-based and Texas-made, our products are handcrafted using organic, all-natural, and sustainable botanicals to support conscious living and daily self-care. Serving Texas & nationwide.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Order Minimums

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per SKU:

    • Herbal Teas (3 oz & 1.5 oz): 12 units (case packs of 12)

    • Pure Perfumes (15 ml): 6 units (case packs of 6)

  • Minimum Opening Order Value (MOV): $150

  • Minimum Reorder Value: $100

2. Pricing

  • All wholesale pricing is listed on the WildFlower Forest Linesheet.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, invoice payment, ACH, or PayPal.

  • Net 30 terms may be available for approved retailers after the first order.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard processing time: 3–14 business days for in-stock products.

  • Larger orders (1000+ units) or perfume bulk requests may require 30–60 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and an estimated ship date once payment is received.

5. Shipping

  • All orders ship from Houston, Texas.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless stated otherwise.

  • WildFlower Forest is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

6. Damages & Claims

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

  • Claims for damages or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of any damaged packaging or product so we can assist with replacements.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on unsold goods.

  • Eligible replacements will be issued only for products damaged in shipping or manufacturing errors.

8. Resale Guidelines

  • Products may only be sold at the retailer’s physical store, official website, or approved marketplace.

  • Reselling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or other mass marketplaces is not permitted.

  • Products may not be altered, repackaged, or relabeled.

9. Batch & Expiration

  • All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness.

  • Each item is labeled with a batch number for traceability.

  • Herbal teas are best consumed within 12–18 months; perfumes maintain best quality within 18 months.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The WildFlower Forest name, logo, branding, product descriptions, and photography are owned by WildFlower Forest.

  • Retailers may use our approved images and copy for marketing but may not modify them without permission.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee depending on batch production status.

 

Custom Blends & Private Label: Custom or private-label projects require a separate agreement, extended lead times, and custom pricing.
