WildFlower Forest develops botanical fragrance and whole-plant herbal teas (tisanes) using flowers, herbs, fruits, and spices. Each product is built around ingredient clarity, formulation, and the natural expression of plant aroma and flavor.

Based in Houston, Texas. Available for retail partners nationwide.

 

Product Overview

Pure Perfumes (15 ml)

High-concentration botanical perfumes composed of essential oils and absolutes (40%+ aromatic concentration). Each scent evolves on the skin, revealing layered floral, resinous, citrus, and wood notes.

Signature Collection — refined formulations with a focused scent profile and deeper aromatic structure.
Classic Blends — original compositions available in limited remaining quantities.

Herbal Teas (Tisanes)

Whole-plant infusions made from cut herbs, flowers, fruits, and spices. No powders or artificial flavoring. Designed for both functional use and aromatic depth.

Available in 3 oz and 1.5 oz retail sizes.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Order Minimums

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per SKU:

    • Herbal Teas (3 oz & 1.5 oz): 12 units (case packs of 12)

    • Pure Perfumes (15 ml): 10 units (case packs of 10)

  • Minimum Opening Order Value (MOV): $200

  • Minimum Reorder Value: $200

2. Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is available in the WildFlower Forest line sheet.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, invoice payment, or PayPal.

  • Net 30 terms may be available for approved retailers after the first order.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard processing time: 3–14 business days for available products.

  • Larger orders (1,000+ units) or bulk perfume requests may require 30–60 business days.

  • Order confirmation and estimated ship date are provided after payment is received.

5. Shipping

  • All orders ship from Houston, Texas.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless stated otherwise.

  • WildFlower Forest is not responsible for carrier delays once orders are in transit.

6. Damages & Claims

  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival.

  • Claims for damages or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of damaged items and packaging for review.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are not accepted on unsold goods.

  • Replacements are issued only for items damaged in transit or due to production error.

8. Resale Guidelines

  • Products may be sold through the retailer’s physical store, official website, or approved sales channels.

  • Sales on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms are not permitted.

  • Products may not be altered, repackaged, or relabeled.

9. Batch & Shelf Life

  • Products are produced in controlled batches with full traceability.

  • Each item includes a batch number.

  • Herbal Teas (Tisanes): best within 12–18 months

  • Pure Perfumes: best within 18 months

10. Intellectual Property

  • All WildFlower Forest branding, product names, descriptions, and imagery are protected.

  • Approved assets may be used for retail marketing but may not be modified without permission.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for in stock orders. Out of stock, Private/White Label or Custom blends cannot be cancelled after consultation.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee depending on production status.

Custom Blends & Private Label

Custom fragrance or private-label projects are available under separate agreement, with dedicated development timelines, minimums, and pricing.
