International Orders — International freight is quoted separately. The buyer, as importer of record, is responsible for all destination-country customs clearance, duties, taxes, product registrations, permits, and local regulatory requirements.

Report damages or shortages within 5 business days with photos.
Returns & Exchanges - No returns on unsold goods.
Replacements issued only for damaged or defective items.

Intellectual Property - All branding, product names, descriptions, and imagery are owned by WildFlower Forest. Approved assets may be used but not modified.
Cancellation Policy - In-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
Out-of-stock, private label, white label, and custom blends are non-cancellable once formulation or production has begun.
